Own day-to-day customer care, inbox management, and community concierge duties across our free and paid groups. Youβll proactively learn the brand, anticipate needs, answer member questions, guide users to the right content, and provide light tech support during live webinars. After onboarding, you should run with minimal handholding.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and customer service skills and be highly organized. You will provide exceptional customer support, offering empathetic and solution-focused assistance through various channels, handle inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive experience.
